Minimum Requirements:
Responsibilities include: Performing hardware installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across multiple vendors, with a focus on customer satisfaction and asset management. Requires customer interaction during repairs and installations. Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call hours. Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, with an innovative approach to problem-solving. Commitment to quality and customer service. Physical requirements include loading/unloading parts, tools, and equipment, bending, stooping, walking, and lifting over 25 pounds. An Associate's degree in electronics or computer technology is preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable. Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
