WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Mechanical Technician in Minnesota to assemble and prepare electrical industrial control panels, mount components per drawings, and ensure panels are complete and ready for the wiring stage.
Responsibilities include reading BOMs, using hand and power tools, maintaining torque specs, performing self-inspections, and upholding a clean, safe 5S work environment while meeting production targets.

The Mechanical Technician assembles and prepares electrical industrial control panels before they advance to the wiring department. The Mechanical Technician mounts, secures, and stages all mechanical components per engineering drawings, ensuring each panel is complete, accurate, and ready for the next stage of assembly.
