BD in Columbus, NE is seeking a Production Equipment Technician responsible for setup, changeover, and maintaining production equipment to meet quality and productivity goals. You will train operators and lead on-the-floor improvements while ensuring adherence to BD safety and quality policies.
The role requires English language proficiency, hands-on mechanical skills, and strong teamwork. Expect a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities and GMP-compliant duties.

The general function of this job is to setup, changeover, improve and maintain the production equipment condition such that quality and quantity standards are met or exceeded. Responsible for training/developing operators and providing on-the-floor leadership. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.
