Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years fabrication shop experience, or 10+ years in fabrication without a degree.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in an engineering field plus 5+ years fabrication shop experience.
• OR 10+ years fabrication shop experience with no degree.
• Experience reading CAD drawings and fabricating components.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical design and CAD modeling of machinery.
• Fabricate and assemble components using welding, cutting, forming, and related processes.
• Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts.
• Conduct functional testing and analyze performance data.
• Maintain and troubleshoot shop machinery for safe operation.
• Follow drawings, safety rules, and shop SOPs.
• Identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Use software for data collection and reporting.
• Assist with equipment installation and field support.
