Almon Inc. is seeking experienced technicians to transition into technical writing, applying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge to craft clear instructions for a wide range of products.

No prior technical writing experience is required—we will teach the software and writing tools. The role emphasizes accuracy, following defined scope, and meeting client specifications, with in-person collaboration four days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience understanding machines and creating technical instructions.
• Willingness to learn software and writing tools.
• Ability to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop content to client specifications.
• Understand and work to defined scope in appropriate authoring tools.
• Communicate potential issues to Almon leadership.
• Meet production schedules for all assigned projects.
