McKenney’s Inc. seeks a Mechanical Systems Designer to prepare accurate mechanical and plumbing drawings for commercial and light industrial facilities. You will collaborate with engineers to develop HVAC, piping, and plumbing designs, draft shop drawings, and support design and construction teams.

You will model systems in AutoCAD and Revit, coordinate with other trades, and help ensure timely delivery while maintaining drafting standards and project budgets.

Competenze

• Two-year technical or Associate’s degree in CAD/Construction Technology or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years working in a mechanical/plumbing trade or 3 years of design experience using Revit MEP 2018 or higher.

Mansioni

• Create mechanical drawings for HVAC, mechanical piping, and plumbing.
• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for design, coordination, and fabrication.
• Coordinate duct, piping, and plumbing with other trades to prevent field conflicts.
• Produce As-Built drawings and maintain project documentation.
