Job summary

Dublin San Ramon Services District is recruiting for two regular, full-time Mechanical Supervisors in the Mechanical Maintenance Division of the Operations Department in Pleasanton, CA. Each supervisor oversees one major operational area: WWTP and RWTP or field-based operations including potable water distribution and collection assets, fleet and facilities maintenance.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade and two years of responsible work experience comparable to a Dublin San Ramon Services District Senior Mechanic, including two years in a lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide direction and oversight for a section of the mechanical operations program.
• Ensure division operations meet applicable laws, regulations, and District policies.
• Supervise mechanical maintenance staff and develop team competencies.
• Coordinate maintenance for water, wastewater, and recycled water equipment, fleet and facilities.
