Qualifications

• Three years successful performance at the supervisory level.
• Five years at the journeyman craft level, or an Associate Degree and three years at the journeyman level.
• Experience supervising mechanical teams in a large industrial setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate support activities for WECTEC mechanical employees, ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and policy adherence.
• Report directly to the General Superintendent.
• Coach and mentor direct reports, supervisors, and craft personnel.
