Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead new projects with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will travel to our training facility in St.

Petersburg, FL, and use iPads and smartphones to ensure timely completion while supervising and mentoring field teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical leadership, an active journeyman/master license (preferred), and strong knowledge of IECC/ICC/ASHRAE standards with solid English communication and safety

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE standards and local codes.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope, manage materials and manpower.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Leverage company-provided iPad and smartphone to meet deadlines.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate field personnel.
