NCW is looking for a Solar Mechanical Superintendent with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to lead the mechanical scope of our utility-scale solar installation in Pennsylvania. Per diem will be offered for travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all mechanical work including racking, module installation, and trackers
• Supervise on-site crews and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, and inspectors
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and project-specific safety protocols
• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure top-tier execution

Qualifications
