Compensation: $110K–$120K base (up to $160K+ total compensation)
Relocation: Available for qualified candidates

Company Overview:
Established mechanical contractor with ~$30M in annual revenue, managing complex projects across upstate New York and Pennsylvania. Current and recent projects include VA facilities, hospitals, universities (e.g., $12M HVAC at Syracuse University), and industrial plants. Typically handle 3–4 large projects at a time and prioritize quality over volume.

Position Overview:
Seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field operations on large commercial/institutional projects. The role includes managing labor, subcontractors, materials, and field-level execution to ensure schedule and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate labor, materials, and deliveries
• Maintain safety compliance and QA/QC standards
• Communicate with PMs and project stakeholders
• Track daily progress and maintain reporting

Requirements:

• Experience overseeing mechanical field operations (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
• Proven background on large commercial or institutional projects
• Ability to manage subcontractors and self-perform crews
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110K–$120K base salary
• Up to $160K+ total compensation depending on experience and insurance needs
