I’m working with a well-established fast growing mechanical contractor that is part of a national network of companies known for delivering complex, high-quality commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing solutions. They’ve built a stellar reputation in the Texas market for their integrity, team culture, and commitment to doing things right the first time.

This company is looking for a MULTIPLE Superintendent's at all levels. They handle commercial projects in the DFW area. Think high risk: Hospitals, Data Centers, etc. If you’ve got a background in commercial mechanical contracting and a leadership mindset—this could be your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead field operations by managing manpower planning, productivity, and team performance with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Act as a key liaison between the field and project leadership—ensuring alignment on scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Drive team development through consistent coaching, mentoring, and accountability—ensuring foremen and superintendents are set up for success.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to troubleshoot delays, review labor/material forecasts, and ensure field teams are supported with the tools and information they need.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement—reinforcing company standards and ensuring compliance across all active job sites.

Must Haves:

• Experience leading construction teams in the field, with a focus on mechanical and plumbing scopes.
• *For Sr. level - experience managing crews of 10+ on active job sites, including scheduling, performance management, and team development.
• Ability to lead from the front — driving results while promoting a collaborative, high-integrity team culture.
• Comfortable using digital tools to track documentation and project reporting.
• Adept at balancing big-picture planning with day-to-day problem-solving and goal execution.
