Associate Delivery Consultant at Spencer Ogden

The Mechanical Superintendent will be accountable to lead field operations and ensure the successful, safe, and efficient execution of complex construction projects. This role requires expertise in mechanical systems and construction supervision to maintain project timelines, quality standards, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations for mechanical construction activities including piping, rotating and stationary equipment, structural steel, rigging, welding, insulation, heat tracing, hydrostatic testing, fire protection, coatings, and more.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations and project milestones through effective scheduling and coordination.
• Promote a culture of safety by reviewing and auditing field safety documentation and practices.
• Collaborate with project management to implement project procedures, resolve field issues, and drive productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries, verify compliance with specifications, and support QA/QC requirements, including welder qualifications and system testing.
• Maintain project documentation, including field reports, daily photos, as-built drawings, and change orders.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to support project success.
