Elite Executive Solutions LLC in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced Mechanical Superintendent (Plumbing/HVAC) to oversee field operations on commercial and multifamily projects. You will lead HVAC installation, coordinate with plumbing trades, and ensure safety, quality, and timely turnover.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction, strong leadership, and ability to read drawings and schedules. A valid OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction experience.
• Previous HVAC Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, mechanical piping, equipment installation, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and field leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for commercial and multifamily HVAC construction projects.
• Supervise Foremen, technicians, craft professionals, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Oversee ductwork, mechanical piping, HVAC equipment installation, controls, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate HVAC installations with plumbing systems and other mechanical trades.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, coordination plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure installations comply with project requirements, mechanical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain project quality and field productivity while meeting milestones.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and scheduling challenges.
• Oversee testing, punch-list completion, commissioning support, and final turnover.
• Develop and mentor Foremen and other field leaders.

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading mechanical contractor to identify an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial and multifamily mechanical construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced HVAC field professional who is passionate about safety, quality, team development, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Commercial Plumbing And Multifamily Construction Experience Are Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for commercial and multifamily HVAC construction projects.
