Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to guide the project team to complete assignments on schedule while upholding safety, quality and customer loyalty. This role directly impacts company success and our mission to be the most trusted name in the industry.

You will oversee field crews, coordinate with trades and inspectors, and ensure all work complies with codes and Power Design standards. Strong leadership, HVAC/plumbing licensing and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes and construction safety.
• Proficient speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate with other trades and general contractor to resolve conflicts while delivering excellent service.
