Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent-Pipefitting to lead large mechanical and plumbing projects across multiple sites, including Denver, CO. You will direct field teams, influence labor strategy, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on complex builds.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in mechanical construction and a proven ability to develop leaders, manage crews, and partner with project teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, piping, sheet metal or industrial construction experience.
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders.
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments.
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams.

Responsibilities

• Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
• Turn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Lead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and high-performing craft teams.
• Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field.
• Leverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and execution.
• Set the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners.

$110,000 to $165,000/year + Annual Incentive Bonus Eligibility

We are looking to fill the following positions within Piping, Plumbing and Sheet Metal trades:

Operations Superintendent

General Superintendent

Project Superintendent
