Qualifications

• Experience managing a team is required.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mechanical Start Up team across startup, pre-commissioning, troubleshooting, turnover, and warranty activities.
• Develop startup and warranty strategy, staffing plans, and operating procedures with leadership.
• Plan, schedule, and assign startup technicians based on project needs and resources.
• Coordinate startup activities with project teams, controls, electrical, and contractors.
