Job summary

Beusa Energy Group in Houston (Woodlands Area) seeks an SME Engineer – Mechanical to provide deep technical expertise in mobile turbine packaging, including aero derivative engines and gearboxes. You will guide product lines, support Supply Chain, and develop practical design solutions.

The role requires 3+ years supervisory experience, a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, and strong English, with travel up to 20%. Monday–Friday, on-site location in the Woodlands area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical questions with a hands-on approach.
• Work effectively in shop and office environments.
• Execute innovative designs for complex packaging and engine opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance to product line teams and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate and hand off work to product line teams, Quality, Supply Chain, Accounting, Digital, and others to support compliant, efficient execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, Integration, Manufacturing, third party firms, Operations, and Shared Services on assigned work.
• Ensure work follows safety SOPs and site policies.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
