Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service information authors with priorities.
• Oversee creation, validation, and publication of mechanical service content.
• Plan and deliver service information work for current and future launches.
• Provide technical direction across body, interior, exterior, electrical systems.
• Lead the transition to a new service information authoring system and data quality.
• Support improvement initiatives using field data and repair information.
