As a Mechanical Senior Project Engineer in our San Diego office, you will help our clients achieve energy‑efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
Why We Need You
In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners and be responsible for the overall design process on assigned projects within a particular discipline. You will also develop innovative and unique design solutions that align with project, client, and project partner needs and lead the team in implementing these solutions.
Qualifications
- BSME/BSAE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
- 15+ years of experience designing HVAC building systems for research, healthcare, or higher education facilities.
- Professional engineering registration required.
- Proficiency in computer operation for engineering design programs (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $105,000 to $165,000
