Energy Transfer in Midland, Texas is seeking a Specialist - Mechanical to support operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment within the System Reliability Group. The role focuses on technical and non-technical duties to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 2–5 years of relevant experience for Specialist/Analyst level; 5–8 years for Senior level; 8+ years for Lead level.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and non-technical support for operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment in System Reliability.
• Set up and support the Condition Monitoring Program.
• Assist in setting up trend parameters and data interpretation for location personnel to monitor equipment performance.
• Provide periodic assessments to prevent equipment failures.
• Develop work scopes for scheduled overhauls and submit information to Operations.
• Identify and implement mechanical O&M and capital projects related to compression equipment and overhaul coordination.
