Job summary

Energy Transfer LP in Midland, TX, is seeking a Specialist to provide technical and non-technical support for the operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment within the System Reliability Group. This role partners with field operations and equipment technicians to develop work scopes, support condition monitoring, and help ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

The position requires a strong mechanical background, relevant degree, and excellent communication skills, with opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 2–5 years of relevant job-related experience for Specialist level.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience for Senior Specialist/Analyst level.
Engineering degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical/non-technical support for operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment as part of the System Reliability group.
Set up and support the Condition Monitoring Program.
Assist in setting up trend parameters and data interpretation for location personnel to monitor and improve equipment performance.
Assist with development of work scopes for scheduled overhauls and submitting information to Operations.
Develop O&M and Capital projects related to compression equipment and overhaul coordination.
