Mechanical Reliability Engineer Description - This role is responsible for leading overall mechanical and reliability programs for the Personal Systems Quality team. Provides advanced failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions for reliability issues across various product stages. Provides mechanical product analysis during the NPI phase using DFX principles. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and actively promotes reliability activities. Onsite in Spring office is required 4-days a week
The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
