Job summary

Nox Group seeks a Quality Technician to support QAQC for mechanical installations across commercial, industrial, and water/wastewater projects. You will inspect, document tests, and ensure compliance with project specs and industry codes.

Trainings include ASME B31.x, AWS D1.1, and related standards. The role involves coordinating with operations, supporting commissioning, and traveling to remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mechanical, piping, welding, or industrial construction.
• Strong communication with supervisors and management.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.9; ASME Section IX; AWS D1.1; MSS SP-58.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of project scope, quality requirements, ITPs, and quality documents.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule quality inspections without delaying the schedule.
• Perform inspections per ITPs and maintain quality records and NCRs.
• Verify compliance with codes and standards in contract documents.
• Assist with test turnover documentation and commissioning support.
