Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Quality Technician to support data center and mission‑critical construction projects across the Southwest. You will ensure installations meet National and City codes, client specs, and the company’s high standard of First Class Work.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, preparing reports, and maintaining quality files while collaborating with project teams. The role demands physical work, safety awareness, and the ability to work in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical industry.
• Experience communicating with supervisor, coworkers, and project team.
• Electrical code and standards knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of project scope, quality requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule quality inspections and tests.
• Prepare inspection/test reports and maintain quality files.
• Verify compliance with contract documents, codes, and standards.
• Interpret codes to determine compliance of work.
• Assist the project team with required test documentation.
• Organize quality documents per procedures.
• Identify and correct nonconforming work per quality standards.
• Perform receiving inspection of materials and equipment as needed.
• Participate in planning meetings with quality input.
• Assess field conditions for issues and propose corrective actions.
• Identify safety hazards and take corrective actions to minimize risk.
• Understand and apply lockout/tagout procedures.
