Responsibilities include collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to resolve issues, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, and delivering quality training to production personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in mechanical quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Proficient with statistical quality tools.
• Experience with 8D, 5 Whys for root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, analyzing quality data, and working with engineering and manufacturing teams to address any issues. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for mechanical products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufactured components and assemblies.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to resolve quality-related issues and improve product robustness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality certifications.
• Develop and deliver quality training to production personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques for quality control.
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills .
