Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners seeks a Mechanical Project Manager – Special Projects in Kent, WA to lead mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating with field teams, customers, subcontractors, and internal staff.

This role also supports estimating, business development, and sales efforts to help secure future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of estimating, project costing, scheduling, change orders and AIA docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, billing, and costs.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, customers and internal teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep on time and on budget.
• Support business development and help identify future opportunities.
• Provide regular project and financial updates to leadership.
