Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 5+ years of consulting engineering experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from kickoff through final delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality control.
  • Lead and mentor project teams while providing technical guidance and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize resources and project execution.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help expand existing client relationships.
