Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to guide project teams, drive opportunities for future construction, and deliver top-tier customer service.

You will manage budgets, resources, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects while mentoring junior staff and maintaining client relationships. The role emphasizes quality assurance, adherence to safety standards, and effective liaison between customers and project staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related project management experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met.
• Supervise and mentor select assistant project managers and project engineers.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and quality of service.
• Plan and schedule resources to meet project milestones.
• Identify and process scope changes and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
