Job summary

EMCOR Services Scalise Industries seeks a Senior Project Manager in our Mechanical Group to oversee HVAC and Plumbing projects across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. You will plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all contract functions to ensure successful project delivery.

You will lead a team of technical staff, manage budgets from $1M to $5M, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum of Project Management experience in HVAC and Plumbing Management.
• Licenses in HVAC and plumbing are required or preferred for the role.
• Experience managing projects between $1M and $5M.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and control complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of the assigned contract.
• Prepares monthly financial forecasts and ensures contractual and financial goals are met.
• Leads a team of technical staff to maintain a trained workforce.
• Oversees project scheduling, cost control, and vendor management.
• Maintains liaison with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Enforces safety programs and ensures proper site safety practices.
