Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, advanced knowledge of BIM, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting), and QuoteSoft Estimating Software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and performance objectives are met.
• Oversee field operations, labor productivity, coordination, and QA processes.
• Manage project finances: forecasting, cost control, billing, and cash flow.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Administer change orders, document control, and contractual compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Supervise and mentor team members, enforcing safety and excellence.
