• Review and ensure accuracy for estimating for upcoming projects
• Meet with vendors, contractors, owners, and other sub-contractors.
• Work closely with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators, and Purchasers to ensure delivery on projects.
• Manage medium and large HVAC/Plumbing Projects, which includes: schedule, budget, code requirements, and change-orders.

We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Californiathat works on many of California’s biggest and best mechanical projects. We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest Mechanical Project Manager’s in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen relationships with both GC’s and Owners.
• Review and ensure accuracy for estimating for upcoming projects
• Meet with vendors, contractors, owners, and other sub-contractors.
• Work closely with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators, and Purchasers to ensure delivery on projects.

Requirements:

• Local
• Stable Work History.
• 5+ years in HVAC, Plumbing, and Construction Project Management.
• Strong knowledge in: State HVAC and Plumbing Building Codes, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam.
