Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical in Roanoke, VA is hiring a Project Manager who will lead project teams, ensure safety, manage schedules, costs, and subcontractors to deliver quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and HVAC/plumbing knowledge; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam is preferred. Competitive salary and full-time benefits offered.

• Create, monitor, and update project schedule.
• Create, monitor, and update cost breakdown.
• Price, negotiate and process change orders; maintain change order log.
• Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools.
• Manage all subcontractors.
• Ensure job sites are safe.
• Estimation of projects.
• Perform other duties when asked.

The Role

We're hiring Project Managers who command quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Manage and be responsible for project team's work including the field Foreman. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules.
• Creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedule
• Creation, monitoring, and updating of cost breakdown
• Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log.
• Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment
• Manage all subcontractors
• Ensure job sites are being kept safe
• Estimation of projects
• Perform other duties when asked
