• Manage all subcontractors.
• Ensure job sites are safe.
• Estimate projects.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Mechanical Project Manager (Location: Altavista, VA | Full‑Time)

The Role

We're hiring Project Managers who command quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and be responsible for project team’s work including the field Foreman. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules.
• Creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedule.
• Creation, monitoring, and updating of cost breakdown.
• Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log.
• Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment.
• Manage all subcontractors.
• Ensure job sites are kept safe.
• Estimation of projects.
• Perform other duties when asked.

You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills accompanied by strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and resources.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Team mentality.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft products.
• Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Strong commercial/industrial HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping trade knowledge.
• Ability to climb and work in tight areas.
