Ideal candidates will have a PE licensed in Arizona and 7+ years of experience managing mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, or MEP projects, delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from planning and design through construction and project closeout.

• Coordinate and oversee the preparation of mechanical system designs, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, invoices, and contract administration activities.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, designers, and project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct site visits and field inspections to verify project progress and resolve construction-related issues.
