The best Project Managers do more than manage budgets and schedules. They build relationships, lead teams, solve challenges before they become problems, and create the strategy that drives successful project outcomes.

At RK Industries, you'll own project planning, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships while leading large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working alongside experienced operations leaders, field teams, customers, and trade partners, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on project success, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

You'll leverage RK's integrated construction, fabrication, manufacturing, and building services capabilities to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and profitably while helping shape the future of how we build.

  • Review, finalize, and distribute project budgets while maintaining financial accountability
  • Conduct preconstruction turnover meetings and establish successful project execution plans
  • Manage contract administration, negotiations, compliance requirements, and project documentation
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment to support schedule and budget objectives
  • Negotiate, prepare, process, and execute subcontract agreements
  • Oversee submittal reviews, approvals, and tracking processes
  • Develop and manage billing schedules, collections, retention releases, and cash flow performance
  • Price, negotiate, and process change orders and change conditions
  • Ensure projects are properly staffed and labor resources are effectively managed
  • Monitor labor productivity, project costs, forecasting, and overall profitability
  • Oversee quality execution while ensuring projects meet customer expectations and contractual requirements
  • Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices
  • Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful turnover to the customer
What You Bring
