McGraw Kokosing is a leading MEP and industrial maintenance contractor based in Middletown, OH. We are seeking a Project Engineer to manage engineering activities, procurements, scheduling, and vendor coordination for diverse industrial projects.

The role requires at least 2 years of construction project engineering experience and a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management. On-site work in Middletown, Ohio with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a construction project engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering and related personnel planning, procurement, design review, project controls, and work assignments.
• Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support the construction schedule.
• Prepare documents to obtain quotes from vendors for materials, equipment, and other items.
• Track material deliveries.
• Interface with departments, divisions, and internal staff on budgeting, staffing, discipline, and scheduling.
• Review engineering plans and vendor submittals.
• Monitor crew assignments to meet productivity goals.
• Conduct field walks and spot checks of work being performed.
• Ensure compliance with county, state and OSHA policies.
