Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering or similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical contracting with a focus on plumbing and HVAC.
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning work schedule and manpower.
• Coordinate project personnel and ensure progress within budget.
• Identify potential problems and assist in resolution to keep project on track.
• Draft and edit letters, memos, reports, and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative items under supervision.
• Prepare reports and analyses as requested, with data interpretation.
