Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in mechanical system design (HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) within commercial or institutional sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical codes and standards (including ICC, ASHRAE, and NFPA).
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of comprehensive mechanical design packages, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection plans.
• Perform critical calculations for HVAC loads, energy usage, and life-cycle costs.
• Conduct site visits for renovations and additions, gathering necessary data.
• Generate project specifications, written reports, and system condition assessments.
• Manage RFIs, submittal reviews, and field assessments during the construction phase.
