Responsibilities

• Lead the production of comprehensive mechanical design packages.
• Perform critical calculations for HVAC loads and energy usage.
• Conduct site visits for renovations and gather required data.
• Generate project specifications and written reports.
• Act during the construction phase managing RFIs and assessments.
