Job summary

A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. You will lead multidisciplinary projects, from design through construction, particularly in water treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and be licensed as a Professional Engineer with at least 7 years of experience. Strong knowledge of relevant software and design standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems design.
• Strong client presentation skills and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Develop basis of design reports and project documentation.
• Respond to RFIs and attend construction site visits.

Skills

In-depth understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals

Experience in designing HVAC and Plumbing systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead multiple projects

Experience with load calculation software

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
