Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Mechanical PE for local design-build projects in Southern California, based in Gardena. You will own submittals, RFIs, procurement, and portions of project execution from day one, collaborating with PMs, foremen, and design teams on active projects.

Ideal candidates have experience with mechanical contracting (HVAC/plumbing), BIM coordination (Navisworks/Revit), and a track record on $5M+ projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC/mechanical contracting and design-build projects.
• Experience handling submittals, RFIs, procurement, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination using Navisworks and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Own submittals, RFIs, procurement, and portions of project execution from day one.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, foremen, and design teams on active projects.
• Support buyout, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving.
• Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection (Navisworks/Revit).
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and support closeout.
