P.J. Dionne Company, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer Co-Op in Woburn, MA to support plumbing and HVAC construction teams. This hands-on role offers exposure to drawings, field coordination, and project documentation under PM/APM guidance.

You will gain experience with drawings, RFIs, submittals, and field information while collaborating with office and field teams on a variety of commercial projects.

Competenze

• Enrollment in a mechanical/CM program preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate project drawings, specs, logs, and digital file structures.
• Update RFIs, submittals, and document trackers under PM/APM guidance.
• Take meeting notes and prepare action items after meetings.
• Assist with field information packets, sketches, and updated plan sets.
• Review drawings and models to understand field requirements.
• Assist in material takeoffs, procurement logs, and long-lead items.
• Support site walks and collect as-built information and field docs.
• Help compile O&M manuals, warranties, and turnover materials.
