Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Mechanical/Project Engineer in Meridian, Idaho, to drive capital projects, improve processes, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of new materials and systems. You will manage from ideation to commercialization, balancing hands-on troubleshooting with end-to-end project leadership.

You will apply CAD design, CI principles, and leadership to optimize equipment, validate processes, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years in mechanical/manufacturing/project engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of engineering and capital projects from scoping to commissioning.
• Develop project plans to ensure on-scope, on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Mentor team and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal R&D.
