Polyglass USA, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to drive CAPEX, engineering and startup efforts across North America. This role leads plant layouts, equipment selection, and coordination with contractors to deliver new facilities on time.

Based in Winter Haven, FL with up to 25% travel, you will partner with site teams, manage budgets and oversee start-up activities from design through commissioning, ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years successful project management track record in an industrial manufacturing setting; open to strong dynamic talent even if new to the field.
• Ability to read & interpret drawings and schematics from a multi-discipline standpoint.
• Bachelor of Science in Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; PMP preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Drive multiple CAPEX, engineering and maintenance projects across North America.
• Visit sites to manage installations, coordinate with contractors, design manufacturing layouts and develop new production lines.
• Lead start-up, commissioning and training; ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Provide design leadership for buildings, equipment layouts, and related state/federal codes; manage contractors and consultants.
