Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering or 2–3 years mechanical industry experience.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and contract documentation.
• Understanding of federal, state, and city regulations.
• Experience performing construction and engineering calculations.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical construction project engineering functions on the project site.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define the complete scope of work.
• Perform project estimating, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and data flow management.
• Manage monthly productivity analysis and communications between office and field.
• Assist in data population, technical analysis, and troubleshooting of HVAC and piping systems.
• Maintain regular communication with Project Managers and comply with policies.
