MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Development Executive - Mechanical in Charlotte, NC to lead growth, manage key contractor partnerships, and advance MSS's preconstruction activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, proven sales results, and the ability to coordinate with management; expect a dynamic, office-based environment with ongoing collaboration across sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with Management.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated and proven sales results.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain account plans for specified general contractors.
• Provide market feedback to leadership including weekly pipeline reports.
• Maintain CRM records and provide monthly updates on competitive landscape.
• Foster collaboration between Sales and Mechanical Construction Operations.
• Develop key contractor relationships and close opportunities.
• Understand client needs and respond to RFPs with solutions.
