Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Development Executive - Mechanical to lead account planning with general contractors and drive new business opportunities. You will manage the pipeline, maintain CRM data, and coordinate with Sales and Mechanical Construction Operations to win projects.

Strong communication and proven sales success are essential. The role requires collaboration on preconstruction activities, responding to client requests, and presenting strategies to win bids and plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated and proven sales results.
• Regular and supervisory probation period, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain account plans for specified general contractors.
• Provide market feedback to leadership including weekly pipeline reports.
• Maintain CRM records and provide monthly updates on competitive landscape.
• Foster collaboration between Sales and Mechanical Construction Operations.
• Generate business leads and secure opportunities with General Contractor partners.
• Understand client needs and respond to RFPs and inquiries.
• Lead MSS responses on client/project interviews and preconstruction processes.
