Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking a Mechanical Project Coordinator in Ocala, FL, to partner with the Engineering team on production, sales, and design tasks. This full-time role demands a strong mechanical background and hands-on coordination across departments.

The ideal candidate will design mechanical assemblies, analyze drawings with CAD tools, and support BOMs and supplier communications, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical systems design, construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of process improvement.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a heavy industrial environment and communicate across teams.
• Proficient in CAD tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design brackets and assemblies for new products and changes.
• Use CAD tools to analyze and create drawings per design criteria.
• Gather product information and read design specs.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and other departments.
• Create BOMs and maintain engineering records and drawings.
• Coordinate supplier quotes and processing of orders.
