Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher and enrolled in a mechanical engineering program.
• Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Creo and CAD drawing practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate manufacturing and product issues on the production floor.
• Design improvements using Creo and engineering drawings.
• Plan, conduct, and document testing to validate designs.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to production release with mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products for customers.
• Move ideas from concept through production on material handling equipment.
